Picosecond Pulse Labs manufactures a complete line of components that are ideal for the measurement and generation of high-speed signals. Picosecond’s component products have many form factors, from 1.85mm connectorized components to surface mount components. These products are used in a variety of applications including test and measurement, communications systems, and military systems (for more information on applications of our products, visit our Applications Overview web page). Our products, working environments range from the R&D lab and manufacturing floor to remote field locations.

Amplifiers – Broadband amplifiers and drivers with a variety of bandwidths, gain, and output levels. Excellent components for communications systems, test instruments, and general purpose lab use. READ MORE…

Attenuators – Selection of broadband passive attenuator circuits. Ideal for reducing signal levels with minimum distortion to the signal. Excellent for both system and metrology applications. READ MORE…

Baluns – Broadband passive circuits that take a 50 ohm, single ended input and produce a 100 ohm differential output. Ideal for creating differential drive signals from single ended signals, may be used as differential combiners as well. READ MORE…

Bias Tees – Broadband passive circuits that allow a DC bias to be added to an AC-coupled signal. Ideal for any application where a DC bias or offset is required with an AC signal (e.g. biasing laser diodes, photodetectors, etc.). READ MORE…

Comb Generators – Low phase noise comb generators with a broad input range that provide rich harmonic output and come in a variety of package options. These combs work very well for generating higher frequency signals (multiplication) to use within a system. READ MORE…

DC Blocks – Broadband passive circuits that provide AC coupling between the input and output ports. Excellent for creating a DC block between components requiring different DC bias levels. READ MORE…

ECL/PECL Terminators – Provides the correct termination for an ECL/PECL input and produces a 50 ohm to ground output. Useful for interfacing ECL/PECL to a 50 ohm test instrument (e.g. an oscilloscope). READ MORE…

Impulse Forming Networks – Passive circuits that provide a derivative of an input signal (e.g. an step input becomes an impulse output). Impulse forming networks may be added to pulse generators to create impulse and monocycle waveforms. READ MORE…

Inverting Transformers – Broadband passive circuits that invert a signal. These components transform the input signal with minimum waveform distortion. READ MORE…
